ATCOAT’s production is characterized by high-tech and automated production systems and a competent, qualified, well-coordinated production team.

 

The plants for production of solid powdered polyesters, solvent-based, liquid alkyd resins and polyesters, and alkyd emulsions are separated from one another. Therfore, any contamination can bei avoided and there is no need for any compromises in the plant design. The process control system, which was updated in 2007, enables high effectiveness and guarantees permanent monitoring of the production process.

In addition to a pilot plant, which allows a quick and optimal scale-up from the development laboratory to production, different reactor sizes are available for large-batch operation. Numerous stainless steel dilution tanks and storage tanks in different sizes complete the production plant for liquid resins.
