- The answers from our suppliers have been evaluated and documented in a database. The suppliers have registered the relevant substances for use as raw materials in resin production, in paints, coating systems and reaction products. We have registered a product ourselves.
- This represents all main use descriptors SU3 (industrial)/SU 21 (consumer)/SU 22 (professional) up to and including PC9a (coatings and paints, thinners, paint removers).
- These and own registrations ensure availability.
- Updated safety data sheets are delivered, created and implemented by us on time.
- So far, no substances have become known that could no longer be supplied due to REACh or CLP (costs/hazardousness: SVHC). Candidate substances from lists 10/2008 to 06/2022 (224 substances) are not present in the products and are avoided.
- We check the status in internal audits.
- The REACh-CLP conformity has already been checked externally by the district government of Cologne.
- There were no deviations or indications, so we can certify you absolute REACh conformity.
- For our company, Mr. Dr. Herzog and Mrs. Kanitz deal in detail with REACh. If you have any questions on this subject, please contact our REACh team directly by email: h.herzog[at]atcoat.com
