General-purpose resins
High reliability and quality of finished products are achieved with different types of resins: ortho, iso, iso/NPG, DCPD, vinyl ester resins and hybrid resins (mixture of vinyl ester and polyester resins). For hand lay-up and spray-up applications.
Casting and closed moulding resins
Casting resins can be combined with the most challenging mineral fillers for a variety of applications (sanitary program, artificial stone, etc.) Our specialities are resins for sheet moulding compounds and bulk moulding compounds. The resins are perfect for very complex automated production processes where tight tolerances need to be met. Fire retardant systems and low profile additives are applied if needed.
Resins for specific applications
Our thermoset resins can be used for specific applications like continuous laminating, filament winding (continuous and discontinuous), vacuum infusion and pultrusion. Unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester and hybrid resins for pultrusion are used in underground construction, mining, bridge building etc. The product range also includes spray-up laminating resins featuring good adhesion to acrylics and/or ABS materials.
Gel Coats, topcoats and pigment concentrates
Our product portfolio includes a wide range of gel coats and top coats as well as base resins used in the manufacturing of gel coats, top coats and pigment concentrates. The customer is free to prepare their final products with different properties for different purposes – and in any desired shade.
